ARE ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS TAXABLE?

No. At present Pinnacle Precious Metals only offers pure bullion products which are non-taxable in Canada. Orders placed with Pinnacle Precious Metals that are billed and shipped to the United States are not taxable at the time of sale, but duties and taxes may be applicable upon importation to the United States. All importation costs for items shipped to the United States are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be paid or refunded by Pinnacle Precious Metals. Not all products are available for shipment to the United States.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL?

Our online bullion store offers a wide selection of well-recognized bullion coins and bars produced by the Royal Canadian Mint as well as many other world mints and major private refineries.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Pinnacle Precious Metals, guarantees that all of our bullion products are genuine and of the stated quality advertised. If you feel that any of the items you have received do not meet these standards you have a maximum of three business days from the time you receive your package to call us and express your concerns. Should we find that any items are below our usual standards we will replace or refund the item at our discretion. Merchandise that is in no way defective cannot be refunded or replaced.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA?

Yes. We ship select items to the United States. Some restrictions apply. Please confirm availability for U.S. delivery before placing an order. All orders are processed in Canadian currency.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Fedex overnight service within Canada can take 1 to 2 business days. Shipments to the United States may experience some delays at the border so delivery times are variable but are typically received within 1 -5 business days.

WHY DOES PINNACLE PRECIOUS METALS NOT PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?

At Pinnacle Precious Metals we follow stringent security protocols for all of our shipments to comply with our insurance guidelines. To prevent the possibility of unauthorized persons attempting to re-route your package to another destination, we sometimes withhold tracking numbers. You are welcome to contact us at any time if you have a question or concern about your shipment.

IS MY ORDER INSURED WHILE IN TRANSIT?

Yes. All shipments from Pinnacle Precious Metals are fully insured from the moment they leave our facility until they reach you.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Pinnacle Precious Metals uses Canada Post, Fedex, Purolator, and UPS as our preferred shippers for Canadian and US orders. Alternate shipping methods may be arranged at our discretion for orders that fall outside of Fedex guidelines. We will contact you directly if we need to customize your shipping requirements. Orders are shipped with tracking.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?

We take great care at Pinnacle Precious Metals to ensure that your merchandise arrives at your door in the same condition that it left our facility. Individual coins are contained in protective sleeves and packed securely in padded mailers. Heavier items such as coin tubes or bars are wrapped in protective paper and packaged in sturdy, nondescript boxes to prevent shifting and sliding. All packages leaving Pinnacle Precious Metals are double-boxed with full shipping documentation affixed to both the inner and outer boxes.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Once you have received your Pickup Notification we generally allow 10 business days for you to pick up your order. Should you not be able to pick up your order within that time we will contact you to make additional arrangements, including delivery to you at your cost.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES FOR PICKING UP MY ORDER IN PERSON?

None whatsoever. Once your original order has been paid and cleared through our system your precious metals are yours to claim at no additional cost.

AM I ABLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON?

Yes. Orders can be picked up free of charge with an appointment. Select ‘Pickup In-Store’ on the shipping page of the checkout and we will send you a Pickup Notification by e-mail when your order is ready. You will need to bring your Pickup Notification and a piece of valid government issued photo identification in order to receive your merchandise.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT ISN’T RECEIVED IN THE ALLOWED TIME PERIOD?

If we do not receive your payment within the allotted time period your order will be cancelled and penalties will apply, as per our Market Loss Policy.

HOW SOON DO YOU NEED MY PAYMENT?

All payments must be fully completed within 24 hours of your Order Confirmation. All payments sent by mail must be postmarked within 24 hours of your Order Confirmation. An exception to the 24-hour payment requirement is made for mailed payments which must be received within five business days of your Order Confirmation.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR WIRE TRANSFER INFORMATION? HOW CAN I WIRE FUNDS?

Bank wire instructions will be displayed on the final screen of your checkout, and a link will be included with your Order Confirmation. Payment options may change at any time without notice, and will be reflected in the list of payment options presented on our website.

WHY IS THERE A HOLDING PERIOD FOR BANK DRAFTS?

Pinnacle Precious Metals will not release any bullion product without 100% certainty that payment has been rendered in full. Incidences of fraud have made it necessary to add this additional precaution to our payment guidelines.

WHAT CURRENCIES CAN I USE FOR PAYMENT?

Currently we accept only Canadian currency as payment.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept cash, personal cheques, debit cards, bank drafts and e-transfers as payment for precious metals. When visiting our store you can also purchase non-bullion merchandise by credit card. We process all payments in Canadian currency.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

When you place an order with Pinnacle Precious Metals, you have entered into a binding agreement. Regardless of changes to the precious metals market, the prices and quantities detailed in your Order Confirmation are locked. Your purchase is now your investment, the fluctuating value of which is entirely your responsibility. Should you choose to cancel your order, for any reason, you will be subject to our Market Loss Policy plus a $50 non-negotiable cancellation fee.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

No. When you have received your Order Confirmation by email it means that we have made a commitment to our wholesale network on your behalf and your prices are locked. Once we have sent your Order Confirmation you are required to send your payment according to the timeline detailed in the Order Confirmation.

HOW DO I BUY FROM PINNACLE PRECIOUS METALS?

At Pinnacle Precious Metals we want to make your bullion purchasing experience as easy as possible. To order just select merchandise from our list of available products, add them to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.

WHEN CAN I CREATE AN ORDER?

You can browse and add items to your shopping cart any time 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Items in your shopping cart can be saved and checked out during our online operating hours.

WHEN CAN I COMPLETE MY CHECKOUT?

Our online checkout is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Please note; Orders placed outside trading hours (*After 5 pm EST, weekends and holidays) will be acknowledged the following business day.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

No. You can purchase even a single ounce of silver from our website. Please note that shipping and insurance rates still apply.

IS THERE A MAXIMUM ORDER?

Our website checkout will allow orders up to $50,000 to be processed automatically. If you wish to place an order over $50,000, a deposit will be required prior to completing your booking. Please contact us or check our Terms & Conditions for further details.

WHEN IS MY PRICE LOCKED?

All online orders will be reviewed and confirmed by email. Your price is considered locked when you have been sent an Order Confirmation. Once you have received your Order Confirmation, no changes can be made to your order.
